Solos En America

Solo en America is a visual crescendo of color, motion, and abstract form—an electrifying tribute to identity, place, and transformation. Created in 2022 by Los Angeles-based artist Jessus Hernandez, this original mixed media piece uses acrylic, aerosol, and gesso on wood to construct a vivid, architectural dreamscape that pulses with movement and emotion.

Curved trajectories and sharp angles intersect across a radiant field of color—sunset yellows, ocean blues, and neon accents—echoing the sweeping landscapes, urban velocity, and cultural layering of the American experience. The composition suggests both roadways and runways, paths and progress, evoking the feeling of navigating the vastness of America with ambition and resilience.
