Shipping

Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipping.

U.S. shipping is always FREE. Please note, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

All FastFrame Fine Art orders are carefully packaged either flat or in a tube, as noted in the artwork listing. 

We ship via UPS, with options for standard and expedited shipping.

Tracking

A tracking number will be sent to you via email as soon as your package has shipped.

Insurance

Insurance that covers the full value of your artwork is included with your purchase.

Return Policy

FastFrame FineArt accepts returns for Limited Edition Prints and Photography if we are notified within 7 days of receipt of your order. Returns are not accepted after 7 days from receipt of the order at your shipping address. Please note that original artwork is final sale and may not be returned.

All returns must be approved in advance by FastFrame Fine Art. Please email us at customerservice@fastframe.com and include your order number, a photo of the artwork, and the reason for the return. Customers are responsible for arranging and covering all shipping expenses related to the return process.

If your order arrived damaged or in poor condition, we’ll make it right. Just email us at customerservice@fastframe.com with your order number and a photo of the artwork.
