Shipping
Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipping.
FREE shipping on orders over $500.00. For orders under $500.00 shipping is added at checkout. Please note, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes. All FastFrame Fine Art orders are carefully packaged, either flat or in a tube, as noted in the artwork listing.
We ship via UPS and DHL, depending upon the country of origin, using standard shipping.
Tracking
A tracking number will be sent to you via email as soon as your package has shipped.
Insurance
Insurance that covers the value of your artwork up to $10.000.00 is included with your purchase.
Return Policy
FastFrame FineArt accepts returns for Original Artwork and Limited Edition Prints if we are notified within 14 days of receipt of your order. Returns are not accepted after 14 days from receipt of the order at your shipping address. Please note that commissioned artwork is a final sale and may not be returned. All returns must be approved in advance by FastFrame Fine Art. Please email us at customerservice@fastframe.com and include your order number, a photo of the artwork, and the reason for the return. We’ll then refund your order, minus your original shipping cost.
Returning Artwork
Once you’ve let us know you’d like to return your artwork, we’ll arrange and pay for a return shipping. We’ll need a few things from you first:
1. Pack the artwork securely in its original packaging. If you no longer have this to hand, use appropriate packaging to protect the artwork on its journey back to the artist.
2. Affix the return label to the package.
3. Take the package to a local drop off site. Make sure to get a shipping confirmation from the drop off site.
