ABOUT THE ARTIST

Will Clarke’s illustrated screen prints of architectural landmarks are immediately recognisable. Marrying together his skill for fine drawing and traditional printmaking, he creates unique original, fine art prints. Will hand-draws every picture, he then transfers his illustrations to silk screens and etching plates and hand-prints each print individually. By introducing layers of colour and metallics to each print, Will is able to create his recognisable, handmade artworks.
Will has been working as an Artist and Printmaker for over a decade; in this time, he has developed a strong relationship with some of London’s best-known cultural institutions. Most recently, he has been working with the Royal Opera House creating a range of exclusive, limited edition screen prints, he has also worked with the St Paul’s Cathedral, the Royal Academy of Arts and the Southbank Centre, London.
Will places an emphasis on producing all of his work by hand, with a focus on a sustainable approach to his practice. Over the years Will has been able to develop his printmaking to capture the finest details from his original drawings. His prints are all individually handmade to the highest standard and are considered as original fine artworks.
